Acquire new commercial clients in the hospitality, gas station, restaurant and other services industries. Call prospective clients including hotel, motel, gas station owners to establish new business, produce growth in income and sell the company’s commercial financing, development, insurance and mortgage services. Call existing customers to maintain the liaison with the company. Development of relationships with referral sources. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Must maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, services and technology. Participate in community affairs and business networking events to enhance the customer niche and broaden new business opportunities. Prepare marketing material and information for the company for clients and banks. Coordinate with the company’s finance team and the client to prepare the commercial loan package, appraisal and closing process. Communicate on a regular basis with contacts regarding deal status.
Requires an Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Hospitality Management and some sales and marketing experience.
